1. Eligibility

• The prize drawing is open only to individuals who are physically present at the 20th Anniversary Party on January 23, 2026 at Van Dyke Performance Space.
• Must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Employees of Computer Troubleshooters, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are eligible to win and must adhere to the same rules as all other guests.

2. No Purchase or Payment Necessary

• Attendance at the event and RSVP are completely free. No donation, purchase, or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

3. How to Enter

• One (1) complimentary prize drawing ticket will be issued automatically upon check-in at the event for every attendee.
• Additional FREE prize drawing tickets may be earned through the methods listed above and will also be issued at check-in.
• Tickets may be purchased throughout the evening for $20/each or 3 for $50.

4. First 20 to Arrive Bonus

• The first 20 guests to check in at the event will each receive one (1) extra prize drawing ticket along with an exclusive 20th Anniversary gift.

5. First 50 to RSVP Bonus

• The first 50 guests to RSVP on the event page prior to Midnight January 16, 2026 will each receive one (1) extra prize drawing ticket.

6. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded during the event:

• 3rd Prize (2 winners): Anker Zolo Power Bank
• 2nd Prize (2 winners): Innoview Portable Monitor
• 1st Prize (1 winner): 65″ Samsung Smart TV
• Grand Prize (1 winner): All-inclusive resort stay for two (resort accommodations and meals included; airfare and other travel expenses not covered)

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

7. Winner Requirements & Re-Draw Policy

• Drawings will be held live throughout the evening, approximately every 30 minutes, starting with the smaller prizes and building up to the grand prize.
• When a ticket number is called, the person holding that number must come forward and claim the prize within 2 minutes.
• For the Anker power banks, portable monitors, and 65″ TV: If the winning number belongs to someone who has already won a prize earlier, we will immediately re-draw until the prize goes to someone who has not yet won.
• For the Grand Prize (all-inclusive resort stay for two): All original ticket numbers are eligible. However, if the winning number belongs to the person who won the 65″ TV, we will re-draw for the grand prize (so the same person cannot win both the TV and the trip). Winners of the smaller prizes (power banks or portable monitors) remain fully eligible for the grand prize.

8. Odds of Winning

• Odds depend on the total number of valid entries received.

9. Taxes & Liability

• Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Computer Troubleshooters and its employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance/use of any prize.

10. General Conditions

• Computer Troubleshooters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the prize drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the drawing.
• Decisions of Computer Troubleshooters are final in all matters related to the prize drawing.
